Shark Rocket Handheld Vacuum With Detail Kit

Purchased the shark slider mini full kit from the ifootage website. I live in Oman (middle east) and got it delivered pretty soon. The bag it comes in is of good quality and has plenty of space for a dslr/mirrorless and a couple of lenses. The slider itself it extremely portable and the concept is one of a kind. By the time I got it they have the android app up and running but on beta so it gets a bit buggy. The iPhone app is stable and reliable. I personally did not notice the micro jitters mentioned by some others but I am yet to mount a large camera on it. I have tested it only with my compact RX100v. When considering the price, the modularity, portability and functionality, this is one of the best gear available for the price! Hope to update the review after some extensive tests! So far loving it!

I've used a few different products to clean my sensor. The best thing about this kit is that it has the sensor scope. You can really see the dirt. I'm finding the vacuum is handy too. The brush it comes with tends to make the sensor more dusty- which is a shame bc it's supposed to be the final step of the process. Just between the sensor scope, vacuum, and wet swabs this is a great kit. Plus it's portable.

My friend has one (the complete kit with vacuum, etc.). I had no idea how dirty my sensor was until viewing with my friend's sensor scope. I immediately bought one. My recommendation is to just buy the sensor scope(no vacuum, etc), and blow off the sensor with a Giotto's rocket blower. This works fine for me! I have since used many times!

This kit is an essential because sooner or later you will get something you don't want in your sensor! Luckily I did not need to use the whole kit with swabs. The pen that comes with it, did the job perfectly. I like the vacuum cleaner as it makes sense not to blow the dust particles instead vacuum them and the loupe is really great too. Would rather buy this kit then have my camera cleaned. If I can do it everyone can, do not worry if you are nervous at first it must be normal. I've done mine first time on a 5DMk3

Great starter kit. The small rocket is great for carrying around in a small bag when your on the go.

Amazing little vacuum/blower!

My first shots with this lens were handheld moon photos. The detail is amazing, my family was asking where I found those moon shots and they were surprised when I told them I took them. I have also been shooting wildlife and I am very impressed with the speed to focus, but more so the silence of the motor. If you did not see the image change you may not know it has focused. I was surprised by the size and weight of this lens, it is rather heavy. Thankfully Pentax included the tripod mount attachment to better balance the load.

I got this kit to secure a handheld diffuser with a strobe or two behind it. it works just great.
