I bought the Tascam DR-70D because it is possible to put it in the bottom of the DSLR, and on top I can attach more things like a light and a mic. It is very easy to use and has a very decent audio quality, great for independent filmakers. The reviews on internet point this device as the best of its class on the market right now. The only thing I find kind of annoying is the small door where the batteries and SD card go. 5 |

The light is perfect for travel. It measures 14 inches from the top all the way to the bottom of the yoke. Very bright and usable as a key light. I use an Angler soft box with 8"x8" opening. The light must be mounted sideways in order for this to work. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a small light with great punch. 5 |

I can fit 4 monolights, cables and reflectors in the bottom. On top I can fit 2 umbrellas and 2 light stands. I would buy another one! 5 |

Very even lighting from top to bottom. Best of all the light is super soft and the box doesn't eat up a lot of room in your shooting area. Very light weight as well. I had no problem using the box on a boom. Very pleased with the quality of the materials and the design. The aluminum rods are a plus. 5 |
