Great quality extension arm. I had an extra baby stand and converted it into an extra c-stand with this and a grip head. My only complaint was with the shipping. It arrived and was covered in silica gel dust. I guess the packed of silica beads was crushed in shipping. 5 |

I do a huge amount of photography from my boat shooting loons, geese, ducks, eagles, cranes, and herons, as well as deer and other wildlife along the shore lines. This lens has improved my photos immensely compared to the 300mm stock lens I had been using. Focus is rapid and spot on. On very overcast sky days I usually have to shoot at a higher ISO but rarely have I had to go over 1000 with pixelating easily removed in PS. I also do a lot of hiking in State parks and all though it can be heavy to carry I wouldn't go without it. I usually carry in in my backpack until I need it so the weight isn't a problem. I believe this lens is a great bargain at its retail price and is often sold with special bonus add-ons. Keep an eye out for those specials! 5 |
