Connect bass amps to speaker cabinets.

This R12RT is my third Rock n Roller. I use them for hauling musical gear (bass cabinets/amps and drums). My older, smaller carts are still going to be used but this new cart with the wider, taller wheels is the best yet. It's much easier to transit curbs and other obstacles and it rolls over gravel and other loose material very well.

I use Pro Co (11 AWG) cables on all my bass amps and cabinets. You can spend more money on a cable, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better one.

Good speakers, decent bass. The cabinets are super durable against the elements, direct sun exposure hasn't faded the color. They've been outdoors under a covered patio for 6 months and sound as good as day one, must recommend.

I have 6 MXL 606's now- acquired incrementally over the last several years. I'm likely to buy more! I have used them with excellent results for snare, drum overhead x-y, bass kick drum, toms, acoustic guitar, electric guitar cabinets, bass guitar cabinets, concert 9' grand piano, all with excellent results running into a Focusrite 2i2 or 18i20. This mic is well suited to higher volume / percussive / fast transient sound sources.

Of all the Ruggard cabinets. This one had the best overall reviews especially with low incidence of shipping damage. Mine arrived with no damage and it works just fine. I put a separate hydrometer inside to confirm that it was indeed reducing the moisture in the cabinet and it was not more than 2 or 3 RH difference. I live in a high-humidity area and it has no problem bring it down to 42 to 45 RH in the cabinet. The negatives; the LED light configuration could be better, it's on the right side and does not illuminate the cabinet well with a lot of gear in it. Ordering an extra set of shelf pegs from Ruggard will cost about $50 after shipping. Kind of pricey for 4 plastic pegs and a metal shelf

First impressions are excellent. The units I ordered were very well packed for shipping. The cabinets are made and assembled so that the structure is square and not prone to shifting off-center from the intended 90-degree angles. The interior shelves are adjustable and well made. So far, so good for this cabinet. It will take more time to know how the electronics hold up. I have much confidence that this will hold up over time.
