Shooting Eclipse With Mirrorless Camera

I purchased to NiSi solar filter to capture the solar eclipse with my mirrorless camera using a telephoto lens. I read the reviews and it met all the specs I was looking for to photograph the sun safely and protecting my camera. I look forward to the next eclipse in April and will be using the NiSi filter again.

I think there are sufficient reviews about this camera. I love it. I love it for all the reasons I love using other mirrorless cameras, but mostly the form factor and shooting experience are excellent. This is by far the very best APS C camera O have used.

Excellent lens. If you shoot the Nikon Z mirrorless camera's this will be much much better than shooting any other Nikon 70-200 on an FTZ adapter. Better IQ and better AF performance!

The Cuff is perfect for a mirrorless camera. It is small, but strong and does not get in the way when shooting. I love the fact that it is easy to remove when shooting from a tripod. Tip: do watch the video with tips and tricks; it explains how to lock the cuff in the open position and how to store it as an armband. Highly recommended!

I had the Version 2 and have used that regularly on my belt loop for my second (mirrorless) camera while shooting air shows. It really enhances the convenience of using two cameras and being able to swap between the two without getting camera straps tangled. Just got back from a trip to Rocky Mt. Nat Park doing a lot of hiking with the clip mounted on the strap of my Peak Design Everyday Backpack. I used only a single camera in this case but the convenience and mobility of this mount was incredible. Finally, I've just ordered and received the version 3. This is much improved and will be nice to use on my backpack strap since it is smaller and more streamline. Highly recommend it!

This card works well in my full frame mirrorless camera. Shooting at 20 frames/sec raw was no problem to clear out the buffer into the Lexar. This particular 512 GB card is also a good value, having one of the lowest cost/GB compared to other brands such as Sandisk.
