Shotgun Style Hand Lance For Hot Pressure Washer

I was using a small camera mounted shotgun style microphone from a well known manufacturer. I was using it at crowded events. The sound was, how ever, just fairly ok of the person being interviewed. My questions were muffled beyond the acceptable. This microphone requires that I use one hand to hold the mic. This is also one of the reasons the resulting sound track is so good. In fact chrystal clear, since it's never far from the sound source. Using one hand for audio is fine, since my camera is on a monopod and requires only initial setup for each interview. After that I can use the other hand with this RE50N/D-B to get sound that is exceptionally audiable. Even in quite high winds, there is hardly ever even a hint of low wind rumble. Handling noise is also minimal. I feel I made the right choice buying this mic.

I'm a free-lance video producer and I bought this stand as an alternative to a shotgun mike on a tripod (as a Condenser mic it was picking up a lot of noise directly behind it). From my experience with it so far I am absolutely thrilled with the improvement, not only in sound quality, but also in functionality. It is very tall and long which consequently means it is fairly heavy. WARNING: When I opened up the box I was disappointed to find that IT DOES NOT COME WITH AN ADAPTER for a 1/4 or 3/8 cold shoe mount. It's only two bucks for one and it's easy enough to Jerry-Rig your mic on if necessary but if you don't already have one make sure and add it to your order. One other thing that might been nice to have is a bag or something to keep the extender together with it (I haven't needed it yet so I have to keep it in my light bag). Overall a great addition to any kit.

Works great with my Beta 52. Allows an Allen wrench to take off the backing washer otherwise my old style 52 would not fit. Great job! Solid stand!

Pelican makes some of the best cases around. This case holds two guns (one shotgun and one scoped rifle). The case is watertight and has a pressure relief valve which is great for flight use. You cannot go wrong with this or any other Pelican case.

With my GH4 rig I use this to attach my shotgun mic via hot shoe. I could not do it without this great attachment.

Very useful, and takes pressure off my right hand. My only wish is that I'd bought the larger pro version, with more programmable buttons. I am struggling slightly to program the exisitng buttons, but that might just be me... I am also unsure if it works with OS Mavericks? I am still on Mountain Lion and wondering if upgrading will affect it?

Yes theres no pressure sensitivity or (I forget the term) but when you rest your hand on the screen and draw at the same time, it does not work. Otherwise, this pen is fantastic and works better than what I expected seeing reviews in YouTube. Well worth your money. Great build quality, no bluetooth requirement and convenient charging. Definitely recommend! (I use mine on a Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet)
