Honestly, I don't know I cleaned my camera lenses before this. I purchased this for cleaning my new Sony alpha's sensor, but grabbed it on a whim after cleaning one of my lenses, and wow. Look at all the dust and streaks left behind. When cleaning my lenses, I have to free-hand it, obviously, you don't want to set this down on your lens, but there is nothing better for inspecting your lenses to remove that last spec of dust before your next shoot. I wouldn't dream of going to a professional wedding shoot without this in my bag now.

I've been cleaning camera lenses for 40 years, and this is the best liquid I've come across. In one week I cleaned my Canon 600mm IS, my laptop screen, my desktop screen, a dirty DVD, and my flat panel TV, all with excellent results. The liquid comes out in a very fine, even, controllable mist that seems to pick up all oily residue in one pass. I'm very pleased with it and will continue to use it.

Helps with grip and also keeps camera from tipping over with longer lenses. Should be half the price, but that's Leica
