Should I Buy Macbook Air Or Windows Laptop

Upgraded for the first time in 12 years. Purchased/returned a Windows laptop, MacBook Air, and finally landed on this MBP. Great daily driver with plenty of CPU/GPU and memory for my low intensity needs. 14” XDR screen is gorgeous. And to boot, got it at a great sale price.

Tested with both my old Windows laptop and new Apple M1 MacBook Air using both CFexpress and XQD cards and worked very well. Also like that it has both type of cables needed for each laptop.

I'm using this with my new macbook air, since the laptop has only two portals. It's very useful for everything I need to connect.

I have been using MacBook Air for years. Although this purchase was a pricey one, but with all the specs that I wanted, it was worth buying it. I pretty much using MacBook Air for internet access, making Word files, PowerPoint presentations as well as Keynote ones and Excel. I don't use for any fancy stuff. Then why did I buy with all the upgraded specs? So that it will last over 8 years. My last MacBook Air laptop lasted over 8 years until it could not be upgraded anymore and the laptop was functioning well. I had no complaints until I couldn't upgrade it anymore. I chose to buy from BHP website because it would ship to me quickly. The Apple website would take 2 weeks with all the upgraded specs that I wanted. The price was the same but the delivery was quicker with BHP.

This is a must buy for a MacBook Air. It is light and easy to use.

I bought this to keep my MacBook accessories organized. I will be buying another one for my Windows laptop.

I've always been a PC user, partly biased by history of coding for Windows, but also largely biased based on the high performance of PCs and the lower cost. At this point, I'm primarily doing audio work. The M-series chips from Apple simply give me more than enough power. Even in a MacBook *Air*. The M2 Air is about twice as powerful as my mid-2020 i7 loaded Dell XPS 17 laptop (which cost me twice what the MacBook Air did). And fan on the PC ran **all of the time**, even when not doing much. On the Air, there *is* no fan, so not going to be a problem! :-) The price of the MacBook Air line is also quite good when compared to similar PC laptops (e.g. Dell XPS line). But MacBooks are better, and the Air offered the great performance and reasonable price for that performance, in spite of paying way too much to upgrade to 1TB of storage. Shipping (even to Hawaii!) was fast and it arrived with no issues. It's hard not to recommend the MacBook Air to anyone, even soon-to-be-former Windows users.
