This surge protector has RJ-11 in and out phone plug sockets to protect your electronic gear from surges coming through a phone line, such as bringing DSLR internet to your computer, etc. The RG-ll coupling is your standard phone jack wire connector. Broadband does not use them, which is why fewer and fewer new surge protectors include RJ-11 sockets. However, if you are in non-broadband territory, you want the surge protection, and this unit will do it. 5 |

This Surge Protector is the perfect size for behind my TV. I love that it has an outlet on top and botton for my bigger plugs and also the end outlet can accommodate a bigger longer plug as well. The last surge protector I had did not have them and my bigger plugs would cover up multiple oulets. I love that it has a small green power light and a small red grounded light so that you know it is working. If you need a 7 outlet surge protector look no further. 5 |
