After pulling my hair out, trying to use a seamless paper background that seemed to always do what IT wanted to do, this velour background has significantly reduced my stress level. Unlike the seamless, that decided to unroll itself at the oddest times, this background is a set-it-and-forget it that is also easier to carry from Point A to Point B for those location shoots. I did something stupid and crashed the Mavic 3 Pro into a tree. It still flew but two of the props were shredded and the camera gimble was busted. With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days. 5 |

My original purchase, the backdrop was snagged and the cover case shredded within 2 uses. This company has great customer service. They reached out to me, replaced my backdrop sleeve and storage case. 5 |
