Flawless. This a Shure direct replacement cover. It also fits the SM-58 wireless microphone which is why I purchased it. 5 |

I've been using a Shure Beta 58 for about twenty five years for vocals. I needed another backup mic and decided to try this Audio Technica AT 2010. The frequency response is great. The power the mic puts out is much more than the Beta 58, of course the Shure is a condenser mic so it was expected that the AT 2010 with phantom power would deliver more punch. It also is very accurate and picks up every nuance in your voice. I also have Audio Technica shotgun mics and studio large diaphragm mics that also are great. My only complaint is that it is so sensitive and if you have a bad vocal night it will unforgiving hitting some high notes, where as the Shure does not have the frequency response and is more forgiving. 5 |

We have this mic in addition to a couple of Shure GLXDs with Beta 58 mics. We like those mics, but this one really blows them out of the water! 5 |

I owned Shure Beta 58, 58A and 87A and the KSM9 is fantastic and one of the best handheld micr ophone in the market. I highly recommend. 5 |

I purchased this SM87A capsule to upgrade my PGX-D wireless system with BETA 58 capsule. Let me tell you, what a difference, day and night. The SM87A is warm, clear, easy on the ears, and not harsh as the BETA 58 is. I highly recommend this capsule if your looking to improve your current wireless sound. I find it better sounding then the BETA 87's, in my opinion and a plus the SM87 is cheaper too. Two thumbs up! .... I am surprized why Shure don't already include this capsule on more Shure wireless systems. I know the higher end Shure wireless systems offer this capsule. You can't go wrong with this one. 5 |

No need to upgrade to another capsule model from Shure. Forget about the Shure Beta 87, Beta 58, or any of the other models. We purchased the stock SM-58 capsule and after swapping with this one, the person's vocal sounded a lot warmer and crisper. Some of her harsh tones also were no longer noticeable. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My voice is much clearer than a microphone that I have a lot. I really liked this. I’ve actually bought a new microphone for both of them and to be held since mid-May. If you compare it in terms of price performance, the Thronmax M5 is much more successful than the Shure microphonw, and there is serious price difference. Shure requires a lot of gains which my pre-amp can’t deliver so M5 gets the winning vote. It is unrivaled especially in streaming performance, it minimizes the sound of the keystrokes and computer fan. 5 |
