On the good side, I have pictures of my daughter playing soccer taken at 30 yards where you can see individual strands of hair. On the bad side, learning the menus took me 10+ hours, and I am still not fully comfortable taking still shots (I haven't even touched videos). Completely unnecessary, Sony could easily invest in improving and rationalizing the user interface. Tip: In AF mode, would intermittently run into problems achieving focus lock to the point that I considered returning the camera. Finally, I realized that I was accidentally bumping the zoom ring while holding the camera and that was messing the AF. Switched the zoom to the forward ring (more out of the way) and problem disappeared. 5 |

You cannot have enough shoe mounts to travel with. I have may variations to tackle different situations but some basic shoe mounts always come in handy. 5 |
