Amazing power output for the price. Decent flood to spot spread. Although I wish it were wider and narrower on both ends, still very functional and definitely spreads the light (see power difference in photo). LED power indicator on back says it can go from 1% to 100%, I'd think it more realistic to say 15% to 100%. Falloff at edges of beam is nice. Some rainbow fringing, but not much. That varies with the zoom amount. I'd call it acceptable. Build is decent. SUPER lightweight. Works with Sony NP batteries which is awesome. Barn doors seem solid though not of much use except to prevent lens flare: they do not shape the light at all. Case is useful but you have to take the yoke off every time to pack it. Easy, but you will lose the fiber washers. Doubt that will matter. Do note that the fan DOES make noise. It's quiet, yes. But in a dead silent interview room and a good mic, you will hear it. Not much louder than an average/quiet computer fan. CAME-TV does make a 30w unit with no fan and it is dead silent. Overall a very worthwhile addition to an LED light kit.

This is a solid enclosure and I've used them for years. The fan is not silent but in most cases quiet enough. I've installed at least a dozen of these over the last 5 years and so far, so good. It provides Thunderbolt 2 and USB3 but you really buy this to use the Thunderbolt 2. Otherwise there is a less expensive USB3 only enclosure. We've used them to stripe two SSD's for a 4TB RAID and we've used them for backups with mirrored configurations. Can easily recommend.

I have this 24 port switch in a living space so quiet operation was a key requirement. And it is silent, no fan. Unfortunately, that ruled out using their POE version of this switch. For my POE needs, I added a Unifi 8 port POE switch which also has no fan and is silent. I have multiple Unifi switches that I manage. They are easy to install and configure.

This is a great case for the money. It is a little loud due to the facts that the fans are fixed speed. The sound is not over bearing, just moving air. If you like an almost silent rig like me buy 3 Pin Low-Noise Adaptor Cables for PC Fans that lower the voltage to the fan lowering the speed. Use it at the fan hub. Now the rig is almost silent. Cooling almost as good, maybe 2 degrees higher when running games
