Silhouette Mint Special Thermal Printing Ability

I'm a special education teacher, at home, printing like crazy.

I used this filter to take silhouette pictures with the sun in front of me. Without this filter I wouldn't have been able to do it.

Great paper for special needs. I printed brochures and price listing's and they printed wonderfully, I could not ask for better for self printing.

One of a special microphone. Very low self noise and clean XY stereo seperation, I mainly use it to be able to isolate particular sounds in a stereo image. 3 switches for wide / medium and mono. Works great for birds, dialogues, motors, riffles etc. Love the ability to switch to high quality mono for dialogues even tho some says it can sound quite « thin » on the low end. Mono is to me very nice and sounds about the same as CS3. On the oher side bulk and price might be a problem but overall I find it much handier than a M/S setup and allows me to « run and gun and scout ». The ability to record quiet atmosphere is also real there. As for putting this thing on a pole, it works (not so much handling noise) but its kinda Cumbersome. I pair this beauty with a sound device 702, rycote 5L and Connbox4.

I have had one of these for a few years and bought another to have a second one when this came up on a special. After two to three years of using this exact model, I am very pleased. The ability to charge batteries individually instead of in pairs like so many chargers makes this a great option. Also, the ability to choose between charging modes is useful along with quick reference power levels. I highly recommend this charger for anyone who has a lot of gear that uses AA and AAA batteries.

There is something really special about printing your own photos. Since updating/upgrading my printer, I have been gradually experimenting with a number of fine art papers and found this Hahnemuhle sample pack to contain some fine product. I love experimenting with the different colors, textures, etc. and discovering which papers give me the best results with my printers.

I use this paper for special events. I volunteer at golf tournaments for nonprofits, taking team photos, printing them out, and having them ready for the golfers when they finish. The prints look great; the process is so much better than inkjet, where you are dealing with ink and you get the right amount of papers and ribbons for the job. Great stuff.

Prints fine and easy to set up with WiFi printing. Didn’t require a special app to set it up on my windows computer. Easy enough to put in the first set of toner cartridges.

Purchased this to start printing and archiving photos to prevent photos from bending. Nothing special here and does the job.
