Very sturdy and heavy. Paint will strip (silver underneath) when is tighten too hard. I was able to mount the B600 boom with 3x4' softbox, strobe, speedring without a hiccup. 5 |

work as intended. Great price so you might as well have a few of them in the bag for when you lose the others. Also, I use a silver paint pen to put my cell number on the caps. The little indent is perfect for that. If I somehow leave a lens somewhere, at least there is a contact # for someone who is honest enough to return it to me. 5 |
