Silver Vs Error Projector Screen

We use this projector screen in our church activities.

I installed them next to my projector screen and they sound great.

Anyone looking to extend there monitor onto a TV screen or projector this is the way to go.

Using this to decode an NDI source to a projector in Church services with live stream. We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us.

I think this is a great printer for the price. I mostly got it for photos, it took some trial and error to get the photos as bride an my computer screen but a little online research and I am very pleased now.

This thing worked great. This is just what I needed to get my screen up and another screen to my projector up at the same time in my sanctuary. This was great.

1. Cheap! 2. Superb audio (unless you are shooting for Hollywood big silver screen which requires a $2500 shotgun microphone) 3. Love the battery/phantom powered option 4. Good build quality material

I’m using this softbox primarily as a backlight on the subject on a green screen as it will reduce “green spill” coming from the green screen. Since the inside is white, it will allow a more pleasing and even softer light, almost like a glow effect instead of a harsh silver finish. Each finish is good for different purposes. A silver finish will allow a punchier light output and more powerful, without having to crank up your light to 100% at times. Another great use is for a 24” softbox is for hair light and WITH a grid, it will provide even more lighting control. Usually, I see many folks out there with enormous difficulty setting up traditional speed rings. After you watch the video, after learning, you’ll see it’s actually FUN to set these up! This screen assembles easily and can be done by one person. A great pairing with the Aaxa P6X projector.
