Sima Sdw 150 Wireless Microphone For Digital Camcorders

I was looking for a cheap wireless lavalier microphone to get rid of the awful audio quality of the camcorders: even with the best of them, you always look like talking in a copper jar. This product is perfect, maybe it doesn't have the performances of pro products but it costs 1/4 of professional microphones and the fact it's wireless is great. I use it with transmitter very close to receiver (3-4 m)so I can't rate the performances vs. distance but for the rest I am satisfied.

I purchased the Nady DW-22 digital wireless microphone system. My first use was at a picnic where I had to pass the hand held microphone around among a group of people while I used the lapel microphone. The system worked extremely well and everyone was happy because they could hear whoever was talking. It was perfect for my application. I had no problem with feedback which I had with other setups even though I was in front of the speaker..

I'm using this with a DJI Mic Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder for Camera & Smartphone. They work great together.

Inexpensive, moderately quick upgrade in storage for our schools digital camcorders.

I found it really useful with my Panasonic GS500 and Canon HV30 camcorders, especially when using both camera light and corded shotgun microphone, or two LED lighting panels. In my opinion it is a better choice for optional equipment to Canon HV30 and similar little cameras then Cool-Lux MD3000 you can see now. Double nuts allow to set the extension bar at any angle. A must-to-have gadget.

This is an affordable and compact microphone for handheld camcorders. Much better stereo quality then the built in mic on the camcorder. Reasonably priced for a professional mic. Interesting and unique supplied furry windscreen. The XLR cables are somewhat long, and I had to use the cable tie. Since this was a special order item, it took four weeks for me to get it.

We've been very happy with this microphone, using it both over a PA system and using the XLR handle on our Sony Camcorders. The 330' range is very impressive and allows for a lot of flexibility when using this microphone. The squelch control also works well. Battery life has not been an issue either.
