Singapore Using Blinds As Projector Screen

I was hesitant to pay $12,000 for a projector, but all the reviews were so good. I had my old Panasonic for 12 years and I knew this would be better but I wasn't prepared for how much better. I have a living room with large windows and I can watch Sunday afternoon football games without closing the blinds and still have a respectable image. With the blinds closed its fantastic and at night its stellar!! I was concerned that my friends wouldn't notice the upgrade but they were blown away as well. Even my wife said it looks amazing.

Exceptional brightness and color even during daylight in a room with four large windows with blinds. At night the screen completely illuminates the room. Better light quality than I have seen from OLED ... mini-LED was the best choice for us. The 4K UHD on this size of screen is simply incredible.

The delivery took about 3 weeks to reach Singapore. It was expected due to Covid 19. The screen protector was easy to install , just need to follow the steps in the video. Felt almost like paper while writing notes!! Got two sets of protector. Value for money too!!

Using this to decode an NDI source to a projector in Church services with live stream. We previously were sending the Presentation Laptops screen to the OBS computer via NDI, and used a separate proprietary wireless video feed to the main projector. Got this so we can use the same NDI source for both and eliminate the wireless projector feed. It is working well. One thing to be aware of: the projector will display will go blank in a couple of seconds if there is no video and audio activity when using NDI Screen Capture as the source. This can be an issue during power points with static screens. You can set the decoder to keep the last thing displayed on the screen or allow it to go blank. I prefer it to go blank so I know something is wrong right away. You can also resolve by making sure the NDI Screen Capture is using an active audio source (like the microphone). This decoder has been reliable and is reasonably priced. Perhaps other decoders won't have the inactivity issue but they are also more expensive. This has not been a show stopper for us.
