i put this on my mike stand extension ( the skinny part, but it works on either) I use it for song lists and lyrics. I like that it holds my iPad securely and accommodates it IN the case ( up to 1/4 inch. I like it enough to buy a send on. I use it when I'm lying down. I put it on my chest for hands free operation. Oh yes, and the iPad can be put in the holder for landscape display or portrait mode. Nice

The photo for this product is a little deceiving as it looks skinny, but once you get your hands on this stand, it's beefier in real life! It's build really well, with smooth rolling wheels that lock into place with no movement; easily adjustable, and just the right height for use as a monitor stand (the way I use it). You'll just have to purchase an adapter of some sort to use it with a tabletop (I just pulled out the center column from my Manfrotto small tripod, and put it in and it works!). Great value for the money. Definitely recommend.

I like that it is orange, kind of stands out if you have anyone walking around your light stand. I placed to freezer ziplock bags in mine, then filled it with kitty litter from a huge container I had to sprinkle on oil spots in my garage. Kitty Litter worked fine, it is heavy enough to keep the light stand from tilting over. Does have a handle that is convenient for carrying.

I was concerned at first after ordering the 'Skinny' harness over the original as all I would ever see is other photographers wearing the original. It looked great and secure and I couldn't really picture what the skinny version would look like compared to the thicker strap. But as a guy with a smaller frame and only being 5'7 - the 'Skinny' version was perfect! I now realize if I would have got the original - the straps may have been too thick for my shoulders. The 'skinny' version held both my Canon R6 with Speedlight and Rode VideoMic Pro on both sides. Felt comfortable and secure and didn't cause any chaffing or pain whilst wearing them for 3 days of consecutive 18 hour shoots!

The belt is skinny and much less bulky comparing to other options.

These skinny SDI cables are the way to go for on camera rigging.

Such a pleasant change from the skinny straps the camera comes with.
