Best pair of headphones I have ever had! I'm picking out details I have never heard before in songs I have heard hundreds of times.

...so these headphones suit me perfectly! I am hearing things in songs I have never heard before. The highs, mids, and lows are all crystal clear. I needed decent headphones that didn't break the bank, and these are right on the money. Couldn't be happier!

These headphones are great. I enjoy the sound quality and hearing little nuances in songs that I hadn't noticed with the cheap headphones I was using previously. The noise cancellation works really well, also. Battery lasts quite a while. I also use the wire it came with to play my guitar through a headphone amp, and the sound is very clear with that as well. I've owned 3 pairs of Bose headphones before these, and none of them have disappointed. I also can leave them on for hours and even fall asleep with them on and they don't get uncomfortable. That is one of the main reasons I chose to stick with Bose all these years. Overall, they are worth every cent, in my humble opinion. I was fortunate that when I went to buy them they even had a $50 dollar off promotion for the holidays, which was cool.

I am the furthest things from an audiophile, but I sure do enjoy a nice pair of headphones. In the last few years I've owned the Ultimate Ears Triple.fi 10, Bose MiE2, Audio-Technica ATH-M50, Sennheiser HD595, V-moda M-100, etc. And I would have to say that these SE535's are by far the BEST sounding headphones I've ever used. The price is hefty, but it's worth every penny. I remember listening to a few songs & hearing aspects of the songs that I had completely missed in the past. Honestly at first I was unsure of this purchase because of its price tag. But I started to truly appreciate how good these were when I tried using other pairs of headphones. I then realized I could never go back. The noise cancellation on these are great as well. Whenever I'm out at a cafe, I can pop these in and just focus on my music and my work. It comes with different sized fitting foams for your ears that create a great seal. I personally use the yellow foams. It is comfortable enough for me to keep on for hours at a time. You surely won't regret getting a pair of Shure SE535! It is unmatched in quality, sound, & comfort. What are you waiting for? Check them out now!

On the recommendations of a friend, I purchased an iRig Pre and an Apple lightning converter so I could use my iRig with headphones, and am I GLAD. My friend told me she had been using an iRig for 3 plus years and singing on the SMULE sing app. having recorded 3,400 songs! in 2 1/2 weeks I have recorded some 40 plus songs myself. So I use my iRig Pre with an XLR AKG condenser microphone, a pair of 99$ AKG headphones (I already had the mic and headphones) with my iPhone 7 and have spent the last 16 days recording solo, and I have done quite a number of duets, with, among others, Paloma Faith. Charlie Puth, EmRossi, and other amateur singers from across the globe- most of them pretty good, and a few people who struggle. . I cannot put into words how much fun this is! It is simply a riot to be able to do this. It is a real challenge to learn new songs, get the lyrics and learn the "Feel" of new music. Of course, to be able to do this well, you must have a rudimentary idea of how music works, have pretty good pitch and quick learning skills in your toolbox to be able to get the most out of the whole thing. I highly recommend the iRig Pre to anyone with a love of singing and who would enjoy the process Smule App gives you!

These headphones are probably not state of the art as far as wireless, etc. but the sound is awesome. I use these headphones for listening but also for editing songs in my video editor - can get really precise. I read all the reviews and see that this model is sort of regarded as the old stand-by and now I understand why. Good purchase, decent price, high quality.

My frame of reference is the Sony WH-1000XM4 (my wife's) and WH-1000XM3 (which I sold after getting these). The main plus is over the other two the great detailed sound. I have four headphones, earbuds for the gym (Sony WF-1000XM4, I hate over ear headphones when working out), gaming headphones for my computer, very expensive headphones for TV and music at night when my wife is asleep, and these for when I am traveling when noise cancellation is important. I listen to podcasts when I am a passenger in a car (frequently) and watch movies when traveling in a plane and hanging out. I can understand dialogue much better with these headphones over the Sony's. Though noise cancellation isn't quite as good as the Sony WH's (though superior to the WF-1000XM4), it is still very impressive and the superior clarity of the Momentums more than makes up for that. My main complaint is that I cannot get the Sennheiser app to work with these headphones. Though I do not need to turn up the treble to help clarify speech (I do with the Sony's when listing to podcasts and movies), it could be desirable. I think where it could help is with some rock songs. The Sony WH's sound better on some songs due to their fuller sound. I think I could compensate for that on some songs with the equalizer by turning up the bass. Having said that some songs still sound better on the Momentums.
