Skyline School Supply List

Have used this lens in several different applications. The San Diego Skyline taken from the fifth floor of the Hilton Bayfront Hotel without obstructions gave a complete a complete skyline and a generous portion of the Bay. Also, used the lens for a vertical isolated picture of the hotel. Very clean from the ground to above the clear skyline using the EOS 5D Mark III. I have missed this capability until now. Looking forward to using this lens on a 14-day float trip on the Yukon River in the Yukon Territory this coming July. Worth every penny in this investment.

This thing is awesome! Does everything I need it to do. One thing to be aware of - it DOES come with a power supply, even though it's not listed in the What's In The Box list.

I didn't know what these were for when I bought it, I just bought what was on my class supply list. I think it was a little pricy, but it works great and I do like having different colored sides.

Love using these filters in my landscape work...can really add to a skyline.

It's a Lee filter and performs as advertised. The 3 stops lower on the skyline pops the foreground without under exposing it.

When working in NYC, at least once a week someone wants to do an interview With the skyline out the window. Sure if you have time you can use a roll or two of ND 12 - but that takes time and it wrinkles easily. Or you just throw up a Westcott scrim Jim 8X8 and you are good to go!

Recently, I was in New Yersey looking at the New York skyline ready to take pano pictures. I took several pictures and inspected them on my LCD screen. I zoom in and realized that the windows and signs were blury. I knew that when I pressed the shutter button I made my camera shake enough to make this windows of the buildings and signs of the streets blurry. If I would have had this gadget that moment, I would not be writing this.

Hi ! I've purchased this lens during a trip to NYC to shoot the buildings and the skyline. The lens is great, to quality, very wide. It is impressive to shoot scene from very short distance. Distorsion is important when using 10-15mm but I like the effect.

I purchased P121 because most of the landscape scenes have a skyline and what I need is to hold down the brightness of sky only. P121 does much better job especially for seascape. If you like wide angle lens and shoot sunrise/sunset frequently, this product is the must. I highly recommend it.
