I have a small - medium home business where I have to keep track of a lot of paperwork. This scanner works quickly and you can connect it to your smart phone and/or computer. It's such an easy and quick way to keep track of everything!

I am loving my new wireless color scanner. It was super easy to unbox and set up, it didn't take long at all, and I'm not a computer genius. It scans pretty fast from the auto feeder that can hold up to 50 sheets. Doing 2 sided documents is also super easy with this scanner. It has so many options...I can scan to dropxbox, google drive, evernote, etc. If I want to get fancy I can create searchable PDF files. The fact that it is wireless is great because I can un-clutter my desk and keep it nearby without a ton of cords going around. I also finally got organized by scanning my small size collections of things like business cards I've accumulated as well as receipts up to larger documents. It is literally just load and scan. Family photos will be my next project since the color is vibrant. I highly recommend this small but mighty scanner for business or personal use, it will simplify your life and your paperwork. I know Epson has great customer service and they stand behind their products when needed. These receipts quickly build up and I'm left with hours of manual scanner. The Brother desktop scanner quickly scans these receipts and saved them on my desktop. The feeder loads up to 80 pages at a time and I can just set it and forget it. It scans color and black and white with either a usb cable or through wifi. The unit is small and the size of a large toaster. I highly recommend this for any small business owner.

It is small so fits on my desk perfectly. Installation was easy and quick to set up. I just needed to plug in the usb and download the program. There's options to adjust the scanned paper before saving onto my computer or email. Everything gets scanned in high quality and rapidly. I highly recommend this, it is a must have for small business.

This scanner is a must have for small businesses. The duplex scanning feature is amazing. It saves so much time not having to flip something, realign and rescan. I never thought I needed a wireless scanner until I got this one and realized how much better it is to not have to be tethered to a desktop or laptop. It took some figuring to get wi-fi working but once I did it was awesome. This thing scans super fast and the results are super clear. It works great even with wrinkled receipts. Being able to categorize and export is a must have for anyone trying to keep track of business expenses. The software that came with it is grade A. The touchscreen is the perfect size so you're not fumbling around trying to click on what you need. After scanning you can save and categorize everything which makes it super easy to go back and find certain expenses and for exporting to QuickBooks effortlessly. I was able to scan over 400 documents one day with ease. Having this has saved me countless hours in my home office filing paperwork. This is a great product and I really recommend this to anyone running a business. Especially to those doing their own bookkeeping and taxes. This is a review for the Epson RapidReceipt RR-400W Wireless Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. I was surprised by the box's small size when I received the scanner. In the past, the few scanners I've had were quite large. This scanner is sleek and small in size but packs a big punch. The setup was a breeze with the wireless connection capability. After setup, the scanner needed to go through, which was also a smooth process. The scanner is high-speed, and I was able to scan 18 receipts in seconds with extreme accuracy. I was amazed at how accurate and clear the scans came out. this scanner is a game changer for my business. The time saved scanning and organizing in great software, frees up more time to complete other tasks. i would recommend this scanner for home or business use.

The two color system is a pleasure to work with and the bar code function makes it so much easier for inventory control
