Small Classroom Timer

I use the product daily in my high school classroom. It works great. I like the timer feature on this model. It's good for timing discussion times between students, etc. For some reason, the students think the green laser is especially cool.

Very small remote that allows you to take multiple photos in front of camera without having to use self timer.

Small, light and works well. Pairing was simple and straightforward. Much better than using a self timer!

For the cost, this is a GREAT item. I use them to display eduational posters in the classroom. They have a small rabbet (overlap on the image), which is nice to be able to see all the information.

I'm using the speakers in a classroom with the audio output from a projector to a small amplifier and into the speakers. The quality of the amplifier, including tone control, is important to get the most from the speakers, but they're great when matched with a decent amp. I've got no complaints at this point.

I'm using the video switcher to capture lectures and classroom sessions when we have 2-4 cameras in use. The switcher is quick, small, and easy to operate. The only downside is that break-before-make (BBM) switching can cause a *blink* between channel transitions, but it is very short and we can accept this given the price of the product and audience for our videos.

We have been using these in a k-5 classroom setting. Never had a problem.

This remote control does exactly what you expect from it. Use it instead of your self timer and you always will be in the picture where you want to without having to rush back 'into the scene'. Use it also for long exposures in connection with a tripod to avoid camera shake. The only(small) drawback might be, that you have to be fairly in front of the camera to use it, because of the location of the remote 'eye' on the camera. But that's something you should easily be able to work around. I was also surprised at how small this remote is. And it comes with it's own little pouch. Now if I just could remember where I put it . . . .
