Small Corner Computer Desk With Extra Top Shelf

I live in a small apartment, so when I started working from home, our dining room table got taken over as a desk. Months later I found this rolling adjustable desk and it has been great. The top shelf fits my two wide screen monitors perfectly. My laptop docking station sits nicely on the third shelf. The second shelf has plenty of room for my keyboard, mousepad, water bottle, pens, paper etc. The shelf does have to be raised by lifting, which isn't too hard. However, to get the shelf back down to sitting level, you have to lift it all the way up above the top notch, which is difficult for me to do alone. I normally have my husband help. Not a huge negative considering the good price and quality of the desk.

First, I'll say I love the desk. It's just what I wanted. A full service desk in a small footprint. It fits a 30 widescreen monitor on the top shelf along with my iPad, and on the next shelf I have a 13 MacBook Pro and Wacom tablet. Accessory shelves hold an external hard drive and headphones. (See photo) The desk showed up in one large, heavy box but seemed pretty well packaged and handled. Opened it up to find all the pieces needed to set up and easy to understand instructions. Overall, it took about 30 min to set up. The only glitch I ran into was that one of the bolt seats in the underside of the top shelf was off-line and wouldn't take a 4th bold as a result. It doesn't really cause a problem, but would have liked the extra bolt for stability that a desk this size can struggle with. I did not install the wheels since this desk is staying put and wheels would have compromised the steadiness of the desk. I use it as a standing desk and appreciate the ratcheting of the main support leg that will hold it in place until you tighten the hand screws. I haven't tried lowering it yet which you need to raise it all the way up before you can lower it. However, with a large monitor on the top shelf, this is not an easy task and I purchased this with the intent on keeping it raised. I use a tall stool to give my legs a break. Some lateral sway if you intentionally move it, but for normal use and typing, I don't notice any more movement than a larger desk. For the price $129 you can't find a better deal. I looked. And B&H had the best price. I will say that the desk actually doesn't ship from B&H, but direct from a second company. Good luck. PS. Fits perfectly on my desk in my small corner. Use it along with my H4n recorder.

I have these set up on my computer corner style desk and they don't take up very much room. They aren't flashy with lights which I like and they provide excellent sound quality. One of my favorite parts is the volume remote with power button and headphone jack.

Use mostly for documents on a small desk top printer.

It fits perfectly under my small work bench/desk and has enough room to fit my DSLRs and small lenses on the top shelf and lenses as big as 70-200mm on the bottom shelf. The interior light is a plus!

I'm using this new desk as the center of my small production studio (Thunderbolt display on top shelf; Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Furman PL-PRO D, Novation Launchpad Pro, and Akai LPK25 on bottom shelf). This still leaves me plenty of room.I left a larger space and larger studio desk (Quiklok Z-600). It's hard not to compare the On-Stage with the Quiklok since I used the Quiklok everyday for several years, but it's not a fair comparison. The Quiklok cost over $. Nevertheless, for the small amount I paid for the On-Stage, it's worth it. Assembly wasn't difficult, however, I wouldn't say it was easy. It got a little frustrating with the keyboard tray attachment. But, all in all it wasn't bad. In terms of the quality of materials I was a little disappointed but that's because I was looking at my Quiklok. Once I moved beyond the comparison, I accepted this is a more affordable desk, thus the quality isn't going to be the same. Again, for the price, the quality is fine. Based on all of the studio furniture I've owned over the last 20+ years, I see this desk lasting me at least 2 years.

Excellent drive dock that works well. It is very convenient with a small footprint on a desk or shelf. It is less expensive, and more reliable and convenient than separate external drive cases, each with its own controller. I purchased plastic drive storage boxes to keep my drives clean and safe. This dock works equally well with standard hard drives (HDD) and solid state drives (SSD) - providing good data throughput. JR

I ordered this desk to put in a small corner of my office for my WFH setup. It arrived in good condition and was easy to assemble. It is the perfect amount of space for two 21.5 monitors, keyboard, mouse, laptop, and some miscellaneous items on the bottom. It is not very easy to adjust with the monitors on top (also not recommended in the instructions), and I also have it almost against the wall, so I will probably not bother with adjusting it now that I have it where I want it. But overall, it's a good budget standing desk.
