Small Electronic Keyboard

This is an exceptional stand, I bought it to hold a small electronic keyboard and it is just perfect. Looks good and the base is just heavy enough without being awkward. Totally adjustable and a good home studio addition that plays well with furniture! 5 |

I bought this for my 7year old son to use with our electronic piano/keyboard, and it was really easy to set up and use. The old one we had was small and slipped under his legs, so his legs had trouble reaching it. This one is nice and big and very sturdy. It is a great value for the price. 5 |

I use this product for my electronic keyboard. It is essentially put together out of the box all you need to do is set the height. 5 |

This is exactly what I was looking for. A piano sound so expressive that ends up forgetting that one plays on an electronic keyboard 5 |

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend who had not played a keyboard since high school. She is interested in electronic music, and she absolutely loves the wide range of presets that come with this. As well as how compact and lightweight it is for portability, and that you can run it off of a USB powerbank. 5 |

At the lowest price I could find for a controller keyboard, the Korg nanoKey2 is very impressive. It only has twenty-five keys, but the octave shift buttons allow you to change the octave up and down, giving reach to the full range of notes for electronic music. It has neat pitch bend, sustain, and vibrato buttons, too. It resembles a computer keyboard in the flatness and shape of the keys and is even smaller than a computer keyboard. It works great with my electronic music software. It even picks up musical accent (velocity); so the harder you press the keys, the louder it is, and the softer you press the keys, the quieter it is. The only thing that would make it better is if it had sounds of its own. However, it serves its purpose as a Musical Instrument Digital Interface controller well. It comes with a software code so you can download some electronic music programs from the Internet; so if you do not have music software already, you can get some to use with the nanoKey2. The cable that it comes with stays in the socket very tightly and it will not fall out so easily. This is good so it will not disconnect on accident. Overall, the Korg nanoKey2 is a good buy for being able to listen to, experiment with, and record sounds in audio software without having to use the computer mouse and computer keyboard all the time to program commands and test out sounds. It is light-weight and its slim-line design is very convenient and saves space. It would be good for use with a laptop on the go. I find it a nice addition to my desktop home studio. It is perfect in function for its size. Very neat. 5 |

I found this xlr in a very old electronic keyboard kit. It's the best cable I've ever used, and now I'm getting more. Many xlr cables I've used coil easily, don't fit in certain connectors, are heavy, feel weird, etc. This one is so awesome, even the connectors on it are heavy duty, but easy to take apart without damaging if you need to shorten the cable. These are great cables, and I won't ever buy another brand. 5 |

I've been using this keyboard to make electronic music both live and recorded. I can compare it to the Dave Smith Mopho keyboard (which I also have), and I would say that I actually think I prefer it (even though the Mopho is a lot more expensive). The sounds that are possible just seem more alive to me, and the control layout is very conducive to being able to quickly dial in a sound that you like. The whole unit is made of plastic, which doesn't really bother me, but I guess some might say it looks cheap. To me the knobs do not feel cheap to me (nor does the keyboard). I like the simplicity of the display. There are no menus to navigate, and everything can be accessed right away. The signal flow and modulation possibilities are a little more limited than the Mopho, but they are designed in such a way that you can still get a huge array of sounds 5 |

Mouse is a little small. Keyboard has a nice feel to it. 5 |

Many of the small electronic items I have are powered by 9-volt batteries. I like the way these were safely wrapped to protect the contacts. I spot checked several from the dozen-pack with a high-quality battery tester and found them all to be right up at the top. I would certainly buy them again when my current supply gets low. 5 |
