Small Hd Studio Monitor

I'm using this as a case to transport my HD Studio Monitor. The multiple layers of foam allow me to totally customize the padding for the monitor. It's very durable and has survived a couple of cross country truck rides; arriving on the jobsite intact. Considering the monitor cost over $$, the case is well worth it.

I use this to lower my Small HD monitor. I like that the blue color stands out. Works great!

I am using this to hold a Sony Fs5, a small HD monitor, a few lenses, and batteries/etc... The case is lightweight, yet it is fairly sturdy due to an internal metal bracing... perfect for my needs. I like the dual zipper opening on the top and the bracing keeps it from sagging. You can customize the interior due to velcro dividers. I haven't had this for very long, but I think it will hold up well in the years to come. I wouldn't recommend it for airline abuse, but other that that, it should hold up very well.

I’ve used the small HD version of this monitor and this is just as good for a lot less unless you need SDI output.

Bit pricey, but this will go a long way in protecting the Small HD monitor from everyday scratches, etc.

I use this for my Small HD Focus monitor on my Black Magic Pocket 6K camera setup. It plugs into a Core AB battery plate and I can power my monitor for hours.

I have avoided Small HD because of their steep price point for quite a while. But with the recent sale I found it within reach. This is the best monitor at this size period! The build is solid - hard metal body with great feeling buttons and responsive controls. The image is flawless. So true to to the picture profile that I had no surprises grading at all. My AC found a ton of features that made his job easier and he ended up buying one for himself after the shoot. SmallHD is the standard for a reason. I don't think I can go back to cheaper models with all their comprimises.

Good quality, really snug and tight connectors. Perfect for connecting my Small HD monitor to my RED Komodo.

Looks great. Very affordable. Its not a Small HD monitor but costs a fraction of that. Havent tried LUTS. Menus are ok and make sense once you go through them several times. Comes with a nice velcro sunshade. Buy the Small Rig cage for it. Worth every cent. Assist functions work well. Zebra etc work and are what you'd expect. Seriously, its $150. You should not be shooting without a monitor.

Pelican cases rate simply the best. We have many sizes and use this one for our Small HD DP6 field monitor. Looks great on orange!
