Small High Wattage Microwave

It's a great unit I've used it to power our microwave, hotplate,hairdryer and several other high wattage devices and it ran them fine. It charges fast too. I am well pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others also.

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

Does the job it's designed to do, and well. I wouldn't use a high wattage modeling lamp continuously in it's presence though. You could, for long enough to see the lights effect if needed, then remove the bulb. Produces a pleasant soft light. And as always, be aware of spill. Bring a barndoor along. You will most likely need it.

The old high wattage incandescent bulb in my Photogenic Mini-spot finally blew and it was time for a replacement. B&H had a perfect up-wattage halogen that proved to be an upgrade to the old bulb. And the price was right, so I bought two - always good to have a spare in the closet!

I like the fact that its small compared to others that I have seen and its affordable. These also come in different wattage ratings and that is helpful. This one have has 5 watts to spare instead of being underrated with the 20 watt model. The cable is good quality as well. Its B&H, you can't go wrong.

We bought this light to round out our set up of some soft boxes and higher wattage fresnel's. It worked fantastically and provided a great small source of light for providing additional accents into a scene. 150 watts is perfect for small room lighting and when paired with a silk in front can be a great compact main light.

Small, different wattage bulbs (300-500-750w), inexpensive. To be used bounced or in a softbox. Gelling the light is clumsy at best (must work with a frame - lot of spill). Great to raise the ambient ligth level. Not the most versatile fixture but has is place in any light kit.
