[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our devices have gradually transitioned to USB-C or have USB-C plugs, so I've just been collecting USB-C chargers to have around the house. This one went in our office/guest-room/music-room/exercise-room (hey, it's COVID) and has been great for my MacBook Pro. I have a 15" MacBook Pro that technically needs 95W to charge, but this 68W charger does well enough as long as the load isn't high -- I notice the computer does eventually charge to 100% even though it takes a bit longer. It's probably not ideal, but it works! For phones and other lower-power devices like iPads and the Nintendo Switch, this is absolutely a fast high-power charger with zero problems whatsoever. I love the sleek compact design and the included USB-C cable is heavy-duty and should handle the full power. Excellent. 5 |

I have a 2019 13 Macbook Pro which I generally use for school. I always make sure to have this in my bag, seen as most of the peripherals I would use at school tend to be USB as well as HDMI for connecting to projectors. The other great thing about this is the fact that it has the two types of ports for SD cards, both micro and regular size SD card slots as I tend to do a lot of photography. This is all all around good product to have if you own a Macbook Pro which only had the USB Type C ports and it easily connects and is small enough to travel with, including its own small case. 5 |

I was unhappy with the USB-C SD card reader I have for my 2019 MacBook Pro and wanted something more reliable. I saw another photographer review this and thought 'what the heck'. It was on sale at a decent price. I really only needed the card reader but got so much more. I was surprised how small it is. And it gives me both of my USB-C ports back in addition to the 2 card reader slots and the 2 USB slots. It has a little bit of 'wiggle' and I could wish it felt more secure in the laptop's side but it's not been an issue. I am not rough on gear and won't stress it's connection. I like the small light on one end that shows it's connected and my cards pop up immediately on my desktop. The USB-C plugs work perfect. I haven't had it long but so far at home and on the first trip out of town it was just right. 5 |
