Great little head for clamps or small table tripods. Metal, nicely machined, feels good while operating. The single tension screw controls both panning and ball tension, which is typical in this category. The plastic tab on the tension screw reaches below the base as you tighten it, but it can be pulled out and repositioned so there is no issue. 5 |

The stand seems very heavy duty and durable, but the table top is thin metal and the corner was bent in when I received it. It's the corner that's looks like it has an opening for a cable, so it's not as strong there. Still not a big enough of a dealbreaker for me to have returned it. 5 |

Good option to hold tether cables if the table you are using is made of metal, it has magnets that will hold the cables without problems, if your table is not made of metal, the guards themselves have 3M glue. 5 |
