Small Window Unit Air Conditioner Amp

Very convenient unit . Small footprint allows me to set up copy stand next to window to use sun light instead of Kelvin floodlights thus needing correction filters .

I needed a 15 amp cable for a surge protector/power conditioner for my plasma t.v. It's the perfect length and ratings.

I am using the power conditioner with a tube McIntosh power amp and preamp 2 channel audio system and am very impressed with it's performance thus far. I live in an area with frequent power brownouts and moderate lightning activity and my system sounds clean and I feel safer with my system protected by this device. I would highly recommend it.

I've owned this power amp for about 4 years now. I use it for guitar though. I run a small tube amp into a dummy load then into a tube EQ and FX unit and into this amp. I can get the best sounds I have ever had at any volume as the tube amp is cranked up all the time. I'm not sure if the other user has a defective unit or not but I have never even noticed the fan even when I am home alone in my living room and turn the thing on. I've tried a couple of other power amps and this one seemed to have the best clarity and sound but again I am using it for guitar but I will add that I am an extremely picky tone fanatic!

This speakerphone is very clear on both ends. Was able to hear the other person speaking clearly even when my portable air conditioner was running in the room.

As always B&H was very quick to send the package out and it was what we ordered no problem. Our only problem is that the air conditioner is apparently too loud for even this windscreen to totally block the noise. It does a much better job but the mic is apparently extremely sensitive to all sound.

I got this because during the hot months I can't run my air conditioner and computer at the same time due to neighborhood brownouts. If I turn the air conditioner off the computer overheats. This covers the outtages so I can work in comfort without unexpectedly rebooting every few minutes. Thanks!

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Most products sold as surge supressors only provide a low level of protection and are little more than power bars.
