Fujifilm was smart to design a stand-alone battery charger for the NP-W235 battery for the X-T4 camera. I will use this charger instead of the in-body USB type-C slot, located on the left side of the camera. The potential to charge 2 batteries simultaneously is a nice asset. You will need to use the charger with the USB type-C cable that came with your X-T4. You then can either plug the cable into the voltage regulator or a type-C slot on your laptop. 5 |

I'm using this charger to charge my stock battery while my extended battery sits on the camcorder's battery mount for charging. It's always smart to have two fully charged batteries for those low battery moments. I have used the old charger with the replaceable plugs (for the power input side) for years and years. No longer. The smart charger is smaller, lighter, equally fast, and the plug part shouldn't fall out. 5 |
