Smart Garage Video Keypad Rechargeable Battery

I just replaced a RAYOVAC 9V alkaline battery in the garage door opener keypad. It still worked, but was not 100% reliable. It survived at least 6 harsh Canadian winters and some really hot weather too. I only hope the new one I am using now will last just as long. Not for the cost, but I hate opening that battery compartment.

Works absolutely seamlessly with my Mac. Love the keypad, the built-in rechargeable battery that should last a year before it goes flat, and the fact that the Bluetooth can be paired -- simultaneously -- with up to four devices, like an iPhone or iPad (or Android stuff, which I don't use).

I was upgrading the thermostat for my garage heater and wanted smart thermostat so I purchased the Smart Premium for my living room thermostat and moved my Smart Thermostat with voice to garage. Really love the new user interface and hope soon my other 5 Ecobee Smart thermostats with voice get that interface. Also like the air quality monitor in the smart premium. The first thing I did after I purchased this was run a test. I wanted to know if it would run off of a rechargeable battery without interruption. I'm going on a 9 day trek and having to constantly change batteries will be a pain. At 1080/60 I can get 5 1/2 hrs of video on a 64GB the best I've ever done with a battery is 1 1/2 hrs. With the Battery Eliminator I was able to fill the card. All the video was there. It does what it says.

Great light but getting the rechargeable battery will make you use it so much more often.

This battery is everything I would expect out of a quality rechargeable battery.
