Great piece of design for smartphone accessory, and inexpensive. Securely holds my iPhone X, and the angle and rotation are quite adjustable. The tripod screw fitting allows my phone to be securely mounted to a standard tripod.

This is hands down the best smartphone mount I have ever used. (I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max). It is sturdy, easy to assemble and is made from quality materials. The grip jaws work well with or without a phone case and the rubber padding feels solid. The threads on the screw mount and shoe sockets are machined well and they don’t slip or rock as many other products do. This thing is rock steady even when at a tough angle!

Can't beat the price, and even in Vermont the gloves hold up to the weather. Couple that with the ability to use the smartphone (iPhone for me) without removing gloves and it's a win all around!

MeFOTO SideKick360 Smartphone Tripod Adapter (Titanium) works on both of my older tripods. Will work with my iPhone XR and my brother's iPhone 12. Easily rotates and tilts. Very handy if you desire a steady rest. I'm glad I found this online at BHPhotovideo.

This adapter works perfectly to mount your smartphone onto a tripod. It’s locking system held my iPhone 6s and my clients Galaxy S8 securely with nary a wobble or quiver. This was not the case with a different type of adapter that wasn’t secure enough. I was able to use my iPhone in a case, the Galaxy was not in a case, ymmv. Also did not try and use it with either phone plugged in, but you should have no problems depending on how you orient your phone and where in the mount you use it. The added feature of the ball joint gives you a great way to adjust the phone as desired for your shot without having to adjust your tripod head. We had it mounted on a slider and this worked out well to not have any phone adjustments interfere with the head settings. The flat bottom has several different holes and sizes for precise placement on a speed plate or other mounting devices. I would recommend this highly for any professional use of a smartphone as a capture device.
