Software To Fix Charger Not Charging Macbook Pro

I bought this for travel with my new MacBook Pro that wants a 140W charger. This one lets me charge three things at once, unlike the Mac charger. However, it only delivers 140W when only the MacBook Pro is plugged into it. If you plug one or two other items, the MBP only receives 100W, but that seems to be sufficient for overnight charging while also charging the phone, watch, or whatever. It feels well made, a little heavier than a similar 100W charger it replaces, but it's the close to the same dimensions, which are smaller than the Apple charger that comes with the MacBook Pro.

For me the peace of mind that should anything happen to my MacBook Pro Apple will fix it is well worth the cost.

Coming from a 2015 MacBook Air, the performance was the first noticeable improvement. Working with a visualization software on my Macbook Air would being speed to a crawl. With my new MacBook Pro, speed seems to be a given thing and the true power is when I have to run a few heavy resource software. This small laptop can go the distance, that's for sure. Buying from B&H was a delight. I have not done so for a while, but they really dialled in the option selection so I was able to find the best machine for my budget. I was so happy with my purchase that I bought a second Macbook Pro for my wife a week later!

It's pretty obvious that most of users can't fix the retina MacBook Pro on their own. It's too locked down. The other ting is AppleCare on laptops will pay for its self in the first repair. If anything breaks or malfunctions, it's going to cost a whole LOT more.

I use this with my MacBook Pro 15 and Nikon D810 on Capture One software. Just plug and shoot...great to finally be shooting tethered in the studio!
