Software To Monitor Student Computers

I did not want to load any software on because 2 of my computers are Editing Computers that I do not add much onto. I like that loading software was not needed to have this function well. When I began my search for this printer switch I did not expect to find one this nice. Thanks again to B&H for providing the option. For you who have questions about the scanner, IT WORKS.

It takes under a minute for the software to load, then you're good to go. I have swapped computers and cameras with no issues.

WE use this in our studio as input to do ear training. Our software allows for instant feed back through the AT and makes it visible to the student. Accuracy is important and out AT provides that feature.

It works great right out of the box! The supplied software was easy to add to both my Win 10 laptop and desktop computers and the MFC-L5800 was simple to connect with my WiFi network. The prints are very sharp and very fast and the two sided printing works great for printing out .pdf and word processor files from my computers. (The auto document feeder on the L5800 cannot automatically read both sides of paper documents so it takes some additional thought and manual effort to scan or print both sides of printed paper docs.)

I use the Western Digital My Passport with Apple's Time Machine software to back up all our household computers. I've only used it once, but that once saved me time, money & heartbreak. This works great to switch a printer between two computers. Haven't tried installing the automatic switching software.

I use this keyboard daily as a software developer. It's not my primary keyboard, but one that I use to control any second computers on my desk. Thanks to the touch pad, I can control both mouse and keyboard by plugging it's receiver into a single USB port. As an old habit from doing IT work, I also carry a second K400 in my backpack. Super hand when you need to service a PC/server that's normally headless.

We lose power quite often and I am worried about losing my data on my computers. To prevent any unwanted events, I decided to purchase UPS system for my computers. I have no knowledge or whatsoever on this unit so I researched a bit via internet. I have read about about Sinewave and I needed this since all my systems are relatively new. I received the unit and set it up. It was very easy to setup. Installed software it came with. Very next day, I lost power again, and UPS saved my computers. The software it came with was very nice. I can turn off my computers automatically using the software it came. I connected my mac mini, 46 LCD TV, PS4 with CyberPower. It doesn't really last long but it gave me enough time to turn off the systems safely. I am planning to purchase a few more protect other systems as well. I only used it for a couple wks now but I really like this UPS.
