The Vosker VKX is a great camera. Its solar charged and 4G LTE connectivity offers reliable monitoring of remote properties or anything else you need to keep an eye on. I was skeptical about it being solar powered, assuming it wouldn’t hold a charge all night, but it actually does. It makes clear videos and has a great viewing range. It was super easy to install and the video quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone who wants a camera that doesn’t have to be hard-wired in. 5 |

I needed a high quality microphone for a surveillance installation, to record speech. I looked into this Crown unit because I have been very happy with other phantom-powered PZM microphones they offer. This one is great for voice band, it has line level output so no need for extra microphone preamplification, and it can be phantom powered. Even 12 V power from a camera system will work nicely. AC or DC does not matter for this unit, neither does power polarity due to the built in rectification stage. One less mistake to make. Great mike. 5 |

Solar powered function is great for the environmentally conscientious. The keyboard is very comfortable. My son uses it along with his laptop, which is elevated for posture purposes. Feels exactly like the Mac keyboard. The one flaw is that the numbers keyboard is on the side instead of at the top (to make room for the solar panel). This makes the keyboard quite long and limits room for a mouse to fit off to the side if you are placing the keyboard on a lowered keyboard shelf. 5 |
