I am a visual learner so I had to look up a video to ensure installation went smooth. Surprisingly it wasn’t as difficult as I had imagined. I moved most large files from my main hard drive to the Kingston A400 including game files and rebooted my laptop. After doing so I saw a nice increase in startup speed and my laptop runs a lot smoother. SSD drives use to be extremely expensive but now that they are affordable it’s worth replacing the old standard SATA drives. Overall a good experience and a great addition to my laptop performance.

Real world performance is what matters, and the difference between HDD and SSD is huge. I just want Windows to boot up fast, and with Kingston A400 480GB it seems to be twice as fast, so I am extremely pleased with this SSD and I would highly recommend this product.
