Sonos Move Bluetooth Microphone

I had a sonos move, then added a five to my office. Good sound but I got an itch to step into audiophile territory. I listened to pairs of speakers ($200-$1,000/pair), along with amps and subwoofers (add $1,000+). None seemed to offer a big leap in sound. Then I saw a youtube clip where a sound engineer paired 2 Sonos Fives and showed with meters how output jumped. I took the plunge and for less than $600 (vs $1500-2000) I added a second Five, went through the ultra-simple pairing via Sonos app in stereo, and I am amazed at the jump in output but maintaining clarity and separation.

Since I wasn't able to move around the "Sonos Move" without any interruption or disconnections, this product was the best options for my outdoor use. That said, this is a great product and easy to setup!

I have been using Sonos for approx 10years and just recently upgraded to the 5 and the Move - I love them both. I am blown away by the sound, especially the 5.

Can't say enough about the Sonos ecosystem. Spent far too long dropping connection with airplay and Bluetooth... have not an issue in my 3+ years with Sonos. Great product.

Great sound. Easy setup. Now adding Bluetooth. This is why I am a Sonos fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Sony TV and we were upgrading from 55 inch Sharp TV that we got 14 years back to Sony 65 inch TV XR-65X90L. The TV came very well packaged with clear instructions on how to setup the TV. We have our TV on the included stand and height increased so that we can put our soundbar in underneath the opening. Although we got the 65 inch TV, it does not seem that big in our room and fits perfectly. Very easy to setup and the included remote does all the functions perfectly. The remote is not too fancy but has all the required functions to control the TV. Remote does not have back light but it does not bother us much. Picture quality is fantastic. However, while watching some old content, it becomes little blurry. The TV sound is much better quality than most TV's. However we use a Sonos setup and have it hooked up via digital output. A point to note - if you are having issues controlling your sound system volume with TV remote, turn off Bluetooth on TV and try again. For our Sonos setup, I have to keep Bluetooth off for the remote to be able to control Sonos volume. If you do this, you cannot use Voice commands since voice commands require Bluetooth to be on. Google TV interface is very intuitive and guides you through complete setup. It brings all your content in one place. Very happy with this TV so far.

This is my first Sonos and I have enjoyed this product and can understand and appreciate the quality provided by Sonos. I had hoped using the Sonos voice command would be useful but have had to resort back to "She who must not be named" to control streaming from other services. Bluetooth worked well, but like other Bluetooth speakers and headsets, there is caution if trying to use with a tv, sync problems. I am going to look into a sound bar for that now I have the desire for quality sound again.

Unfortunatly there is no chance to use only one (BlueTooth) Samsung Remote Control for TV and Sonos-System. Any Ideas / Recomendations???

The Sonos Play 5 has an awesome sound that can fill a large room.It can peak out with particularly songs with a lot of base, but it awesomly good in most other scenarios. I would like to see more tools to balance that manually. Equiliser software would be a nice add. Thought it's pretty straight forwatd to set up with the Sonos app and have wi-fi, but don't take it with you if there is not going to be wi-fi to connect to. It's not like a Bluetooth speaker. Bluetooth connectivity would also be a nice addition for one to one connectivity as it would be nice to take away, or be able to connect a device to play sound from rather than just having to use the supported software. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Though it's expensive, I feel it's worth it for the quality.
