Sonos Wireless Surround Sound Speakers

I use this with two Sonos Play 1 speakers to give me good surround sound in my small flat.

When we bought our house, it came with built in speakers-so I traded my Sonos One SL pair that was being used for surround sound, for the Sonos Amp. The rich quality of sound coming from those in ceiling speakers is amazing. At 10% my wife says says she can feel the music on the other side of the house. It was so easy to install and sync with the Sonos Beam, I'm very impressed by it. Tip for surround sound compatibility: You have to remove the Sonos One units you have as the surround sound in order to add the Amp in their place. Now I'm planning to buy a few more for the rest of the house!

The Sonos Mini Sub sound is amazing. I use it with my Beam and One surround speakers to complete the amazing set. Super happy with the results. I would definitely purchase this mini sub again. I only have the sub turned up to +6 out of 14, and it sounds great. At that level, my wife is ok with the base, and it frees up my Beam to sound even better.

For years I have been familiar with many so-called surround sound speakers and technology. The ERA 300s and the Sonos Beam fulfill the reality of true surround sound. Even at full volume, my system does not sound loud; it sounds full and transparent. The ability to play Dolby Atmos encoded music is appealing for sure; however, almost all the music I play from iTunes or Amazon Music sounds great. Excellent addition to my existing Sonos speakers.

I purchased a Sonos sound bar, subwoofer and surround speakers and spent 6 hours trying to set it up on a Sunday. I called Sonos the next day since tech support wasn’t open on the weekends and after 2.25 hours on the phone with tech support I was told that there was a known compatibility issue with the router supplied by my internet provider and the Sonos sound bar. The Sonos sound bar and subwoofer was returned the next day and after some further research I purchased the Bose 700 sound bar and 700 Bose subwoofer. They were very easy to set up and the sound was awesome. After a few days I decided to get the Bose 700 surround sound speakers. They were very easy to add to the sound system and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much sound came out of such small speakers. The app allows for adjustments to each component. It also comes with a remote that was very easily connected to other devices, which eliminates the need for any other remote. My only complaint is that the remote backlight only stays on for a few seconds so you constantly have to move the remote to keep the light on. Overall I highly recommend the Bose 700 components!

We have had surround sound speakers along with a Sonos Arc but these are on another level. You can actually hear the difference. The stands really make a difference unless you have a convenient shelf in the right place. Set up with Trueplay produced a noticeably improved balance and depth to the sound. All together a brilliant new high end solution.

I have a home theater surround sound with a Sonos soundbar, sub and two Sonos Ones as my rears. In my kitchen I have the Sonos Sonance ceiling speakers with the Sonos Amp. Outside I have the Sonos Sonance Outdoor speakers hooked up to a Sonos Amp. The sound on all of my Sonos products is superior to anything I have used in the past and I have used many of the top major brands. The ability to hook up the system and add new rooms or speakers is a breeze. The functionality between the Sonos system with any of the iPhones and iPads in my house is very easy and makes it an enjoyable experience to control the music or sound levels. I will continue to recommend Sonos products to all my family and friends. Everyone is impressed with the sound when they come over.

The flexibility of the Sonos amp is something that was very important to us. It works great with their sound bar and our surround sound speakers that we put in the ceiling. The other amp works great to supply music in other rooms of our house.
