Sony 1000 Headset

It performed very well and I'm glad that i bought it for my Sony HD-1000.

I like everything about this headset except the facial foam. The original quest had foam 1000 times better than this scratchy, skin irritating stuff. The controllers are a bit less ergonomic, but that's mostly for me because I have somewhat small hands. That's all.

Best bluetooth headset that I have had so far. I've gone through two sony headsets in the past few months and these are by far the best I've come across.

Sony MDR-7506 are the headphones I've been using for almost 20 years now, but the Senal SMH-1000 headphones come pretty close at a much better price. I also like the fact that the cord is removable, which makes things more compact when packing up for a location shoot.

I have the Sony A7s as you probably know by now, battery life is short! This extends the battery life and uses by 1000% The two XLR channels are a great feature.

I have been using Sony Headphones for years and although they have done the trick, I love the fact the Senal SMH-1000 Professional Field and Studio Monitor Headphones have two detachable cables which enable you to store separately, disconnect and walk away from the camera and just prevent the pulling and tugging all the time that eventually cause most headphones to eventually go bad!

I connect the SMH-1000 Closed-Back Professional Monitor Headphones to my Sony NEX-FS100UK hi-def professional camcorder.

I use the Senal SMH-1000 with a Sony PCM-M10 to check levels, and with a Panasonic HC-X900M camcorder for monitoring. They have a nice, clear, open sound and a very strong bass response. They fold up fairly compact and they come with both a straight, short cable and a curled, longer cable - great kit. I had never heard of Senal before I saw these headphones as recommended accessories on B&H's web site, but I trusted B&H's recommendation (and return policy!) and I'm very happy with the SMH-1000.
