Sony A1 Mark Ii Release Date

If you need a remote shutter release for an Olympus OMD 1 Mark ii this one works wonderfully.

I use this to connect the Genie Mini ii to my Sony a1 and it works fine. The Genie, unrelated in my opinion to this cable, does have a difficult time pairing, requiring numerous attempts. However, so far it has always finally paired and worked fine.

If you have any plans for the very best shots that the X1D Mark II can deliver, then use an off-camera shutter release. Not only does this eliminate unwanted camera shake but it works beautifully. As an engineer myself, i always appreciate things that are well made and function well. This is no exception. It is a very well made piece of hardware. The cable has a nice braided material covering so it feels very high end - and suitable to be called a Hasselblad accessory.

If you shoot video on a Sony A7S or A7S Mark II, you know that ND filters are basically mandatory. It's an incredibly light sensitive camera, which is great for shooting indoors or at night because it captures bright images in low-light, but it can actually be TOO bright when shooting video outdoors during the day. This ND filter fits the Sony 24-240mm lens perfectly and is a good solution to this problem.

I was noticing some strange interference/noise when using my Sony UWP-D11 into my C100 Mark II handle that I never noticed when using the same mic into my Zoom H6 and I also didn't notice with other mics into the C100 Mark II (Rode NTG3, Sennheiser G3 Lav). I read that this came down to the stock cable that comes with the Sony Receiver that doesn't get along with the C100. Swapped it out with this and the interference/noise is now gone. As with all Kopul products, the build quality is top notch and I am very happy. Highly recommend even if you aren't looking to get rid of a specific issue like I was.

I have used this lens on a Canon 5d Mark II, Canon 6D, and a Sony A7R with adapter. All pictures I took with this lens always turn out great or better than expected. It is tack sharp and on the Sony A7R it shines amazingly! It also works very well on the 6D and the 5D. This is a great lens to travel with, for Landscape, Star lit landscapes also and is a great portrait lens. The Bokeh on this lens is great too! I always have this lens in my bag!
