Sony Ac Headphones Replace Battery

Bought to replace battery on Sony A6000. Good replacement.

Great to have an AC adapter for my Sony. Operates without battery installed. Nice long cord. Minor item, power supply works great but supplied with non-polarized cord (should be NEMA 1-15P).

The NP-V100 battery provides about 3 hours of continuous operation in a Sony FDR-VX700, compared to about 1-1/2 hours of the standard NP-V70 battery. The life is shorter if you use it briefly and otherwise power down. I mostly record events, which run about 2 hours on the average. The NP-V100 provides a comfortable margin, if AC power is not available. The AC power supply uses a proprietary connector instead of the typical 2.5 mm barrel plug or a 4-pin XLR. I would prefer to use a large Li-ion Video battery, but cannot find the right cable or dummy battery.

I shoot long and short form projects. A live event can go two hours or more and I need to have battery power I can count on. I've shot off and on all day with one battery. I use these batteries for my NX5U camera and Flolight with Sony mount. I am more than pleased with the shooting time and have used the light off and on for an entire day and still had power at the end of the shoot. I also use the Sony AC-VQ1050 AC Adaptor/Charger to charge two batteries at the same time. These batteries are well worth the price.

If you use it as an ac adapter be sure to remove battery on camera. On Sony 230 and 220 cameras will continue to run on battery.

used to charge a Sony battery for video. comes with an AC adaptor, plus will charge a usb device at the same time. TOTALLY recommend to anyone who charges either the Sony battery or Pearstone.

Having an AC Adapter is vital when operating cameras that use the Sony NP-FW50 batteries because they do not have a great run time. Especially when shooting video, you can go through these batteries very quickly. This AC adapter is a perfect remedy when you have AC power available. Pop in the dummy battery, plug in, and you can run all day without worry. I like that the dummy battery has a channel, making it is easy to position the wire for the battery compartment door to close easily. I attached it to my Sony RX10 Mark 4 camera without any problems, it was very easy. The build quality of the adapter and cabling is good, especially for the price. I love that the cable they provide is long (12.7 feet). Most of the time I do not need an extension cord to plug in, which is convenient. Having an AC adapter is also very important if you want to shoot long takes of video, time lapse, lock down shots or any other situation when changing batteries is not an option. Having an ac adapter is a life saver and this adapter does the job without any issues. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

I needed to replace the ear pads on my Sony MDR-7506 headphones - this for the second time... I use them to monitor audio levels during production. The originals and previous replacements wore out quickly, leaving flakey black plastic bits all over my head, face and ears. NOT acceptable. I am trusting that Sheepskin leather will hold up much better.
