Sony Alpha 7 Ii Review

Identical to the one that came with my Sony Alpha 9.

Great for traveling and attaches to my Sony Alpha A7 Ii Mirrorless camera perfectly. Lightweight and compact.

I recently purchased my Sony Alpha 7 II and love it. The only problem was the battery life of the camera. I purchased the Vello BG-3 battery grip. Right out of the box, it is easy to use and a must have because of the battery drain issue. It is very reasonable compared to the Sony version and works as well.

This lens works beautifully with the Sony Alpha A7s Ii Mirrorless Digital Camera. I highly recommend this lens :)

I'm a big Sony fan, but I wasn't sure about this one after using my dependable (and heftier) Sony Alpha a7 II as my go-to. Turns out the a6000 was more than up to the task. Great quality/resolution despite its smaller size and it was suprisingly nimble at capturing video too. The kit came with everything I needed, though I'd suggest you get an extra battery and card depending on how much you are planning to shoot. In my case (several high school graduations) it was quite a lot!

Having researched several other cameras, I finally chose the Sony Alpha a7 ii. It’s extremely user friendly especially if you’re just getting started. I’ve had a great time fiddling around with the different settings and getting used to where everything is. The only downside to this particular camera is there is no built in flash, but that hasn’t hindered me at all. I go out in the sunshine and the photos are incredible. This is definitely worth it, I’d definitely recommend this to a friend! Give this wee camera a go!

My camera is a Sony Alpha II, which is a very good mirrorless dslr, that takes movies as well. Of course the built in mic is minimal. I tried it out for real at a house concert, with serious audio equipment, and an audience of about 50. The two mics were both pointed at the artist, so it was not really sterio. The sound quality was quite presentable on the external stereo speakers driven from my laptop. My intention is iTunes and Facebook use, not making studio quality audio so it clearly does the job for me.

On my Sony Alpha a7r II this lens is astonishingly good. It's so good it inspires me to shoot. Of all my Canon L lenses and of all my Leica M lenses, I've never felt more inspired by a lens. It balances well on the a7r II and it's much easier to shoot than my 24-70mm GM f/2.8 zoom - because it's lighter and smaller. Sharpness wide open at f/1.4 is ridiculously good.

Excellent wide angle lens for my Sony Alpha 77R II. Works great for low light photos as well as Milky Way shots. Only downside is mounting a light pollution. filter since there’s no way to mount one (that I know of). The lens quality and clarity is amazing.

Finally, i received my new Sony Alpha a7 Mark II mirrorless camera on Monday, December 28, 2020 via USPS. It is a remarkable camera I ever owned so far. I already owned a Sony Alpha 6000 compact and i really like it. I also owned several Pentax and Nikon cameras but this is my first full frame mirrorless one. it is wonderful to have these additions for my hobby.
