Sony Alpha Nex 5N Digital Camera Body

This is my second Sony camera in the last 4 years. Bought the NEX-5N 4 years ago for a trip to Italy and the compact body and camera features captured great memories. Beat lugging around a large body/lens camera. Just bought the Sony a6000 so I could have a camera while visiting our daughter studying abroad this summer(she will take the NEX-5N). These cameras are compact, easy point and shoot and with a little practice they have great features that block out colors and do other cool photos. The package deal from bhphotovideo came with camera bag and extra battery which was the best deal around. If you are a novice photographer,don't want the big body camera ,but want to look like a pro I would highly recommend this camera.

Bought the Alpha a6000 after my NEX 7 body died (after 52,000 images--I'm not complaining)--with a little trepidation--the price of the 6000 is about half of what I paid for the NEX7--so I worried that the quality would be a step down-- Fortunately, this does not seem to be the case--the camera feels familiar, even though some of the controls are in different places--the double thumb wheels on the NEX 7 have been replaced--but I like the mode wheel on top. I'm using mostly the Sony Ziess 24 f1.8 lense with the camera--one of the best lenses I've ever owned--a lens I hope to use the rest of my life--and it's great to see that Sony is continuing to improve the bodies that work with this great lens.

Really like this with my NEX 5N.

The extra battery was part of a promotion to buy a NEX-5N, by Sony. At first, I only knew that the camera was available at a sale price, and did not request the battery. When I found out that I should have gotten the battery free, I called B & H and they sent it out to me. Of course there was no charge for it. No wonder Consumers Report list B&H as the best internet sales company of all.

I use it to carry my sony nex 5n camera -Nice look (black and orange) really nice touch. -Padded for extra protection, nice soft lining inside as well. - Enough compartments for added accessories that are small. - Nice haldle, shoulder strap and belt loop (different ways of carrying your camera). Cons -Small and made for small cameras - Side compartments offer a tight fit - Cant fit telephoto lens - no space for a small tripod eg gorilla pod slr

I use the battery in my Sony NEX_5N camera. It has been working very well. Easy to charge and install. Good endurance.

If you have a NEX or alpha emount camera and want to upgrade the kit lens, or bought a body and want a better lens this lens will fit the bill. It is well constructed and tact sharp. Distortion is minimal, specially compared to the kit lens

I was looking for a nice bag to keep my Sony NEX 5n and 5 small lenses (2 sony and 3 legacies)plus accesories, this bag fits them nicely. It looks awesome and sturdy. This thing is a real beauty. Expensive but worth every penny.

Nice to protect Sony Alpha Nex lenses

Having purchased a Sony NEX-7 (and additional E-mount lenses) from B&H, I found that my old camera bags didn't quite fit the new equipment. I saw this attractively-styled, Sony-made bag for the Alpha camera line, and I was amazed that B&H had it very competitively priced; it's very well-padded, and all of my Alpha gear, including the NEX-7 (with the 18-55mm lens attached), three extra E-mount lenses, a Meike compact flash, three batteries + charger, compact filter case, extra body and lens caps, and IR remote. The only thing I would change would be for the two net-material side pouches to be zippered compartments like the one in the front, though they are deep and close tightly around inserted objects (like lens caps). Overall, this is an excellent buy for Sony mirrorless camera owners!
