Sony Bluetooth Wh 400 Headphones Volume Up

It's rare seeing a pair of headphones that genuinely shine in almost every regard. But with the WH-1000XM3, Sony has created an indisputable winner, a categorically top-notch set of cans whose only shortcoming is the absence of 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, something we hardly ever see outside of the gaming market. They do have Bluetooth, though, so as long as you have a smart TV, an Nvidia Shield, a gaming laptop, or a Bluetooth-capable motherboard, you should be set for the reclusive world of active noise canceling. Unlike other noise-canceling headphones, the WH-1000XM3 use an unusually silent QN1 HD noise-canceling processor. In our testing, we found it was able to keep out most sounds, even on the crowded New York City subway. The battery does take a hit for this, but you can take solace in the fact that the WH-1000XM3 last 30 hours fully charged. After 10 minutes of being plugged in via USB-C, Sony claims they can deliver pristine high fidelity sound over five hours. And, to top it all off, volume and playback commands are touch-based. Goodbye forever, inline controls. Image 1 of 6 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones after a lot of research. I absolutely love these headphones. The sound quality is unreal and the noise cancelling works great. I mow lawn and weed wack with these on and can hear the music perfectly. I love the sensor in the left ear that stops the music when you take them off and restarts when you put them back on. All in all I am absolutely loving these Headphones. 5 |

Now that I have had the, Sony WH-100XM3 Headphones, for a couple of weeks, I can say that these have met, or exceeded, my desires for an over-the-ear wireless headphone. Now I can listen to music, and hear it in incredible detail, without relying on speakers and bothering those that don't want to listen to my choices in music. The battery life is great, the touch gestures are fantastic, and the dang thing is comfortable to wear! Gripes? Like most others have said, the USB-C charging cable is ridiculously short. Easily remedied, though. Bravo, Sony! 5 |

Bought this to go with my Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones, since they only come with a very short cable. Works great; feels sturdy and quality. 5 |

Outstanding headphones. I have the lower priced Sony WH CHOONs and they're very good...until you try these. Only complaint is the app is confusing and the buttons on the phones are as well. But sound quality is superb. And so is noise canceling. Everyone talks about the Bose having better comprehensive canceling, but the combination of sound quality and cancellation on these is, for me, the best option. 5 |

I’ve had my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones for a few weeks now, and I can’t imagine my life without them. The noise cancellation is out of this world—it’s like flipping a switch to shut out the chaos around me. Whether I’m on a noisy train or just trying to focus at home, these headphones create a bubble of pure peace. The sound quality is something else. Every song sounds full and vibrant, with deep bass that doesn’t overwhelm and clear, crisp highs. It’s like hearing my favorite music for the first time again. The touch controls took a little getting used to, but now I love how easy it is to manage playback or take calls without missing a beat. What really surprised me is how comfortable they are. I can wear them for hours without feeling any discomfort, which is a big deal for me since I often have them on during long work sessions. Plus, the battery life is impressive—I’ve gone days without needing to charge them. Overall, the Sony WH-1000XM4 has exceeded all my expectations. They’re not just great headphones; they’ve become a part of my daily routine. If you’re thinking about getting a pair, do it—you won’t regret it! 5 |

My frame of reference is the Sony WH-1000XM4 (my wife's) and WH-1000XM3 (which I sold after getting these). The main plus is over the other two the great detailed sound. I have four headphones, earbuds for the gym (Sony WF-1000XM4, I hate over ear headphones when working out), gaming headphones for my computer, very expensive headphones for TV and music at night when my wife is asleep, and these for when I am traveling when noise cancellation is important. I listen to podcasts when I am a passenger in a car (frequently) and watch movies when traveling in a plane and hanging out. I can understand dialogue much better with these headphones over the Sony's. Though noise cancellation isn't quite as good as the Sony WH's (though superior to the WF-1000XM4), it is still very impressive and the superior clarity of the Momentums more than makes up for that. My main complaint is that I cannot get the Sennheiser app to work with these headphones. Though I do not need to turn up the treble to help clarify speech (I do with the Sony's when listing to podcasts and movies), it could be desirable. I think where it could help is with some rock songs. The Sony WH's sound better on some songs due to their fuller sound. I think I could compensate for that on some songs with the equalizer by turning up the bass. Having said that some songs still sound better on the Momentums. 5 |

Love the headphones. Bluetooth connects easily. I can control music , volume and accept or end calls. Magnetic connections are a good touch. It help them stay put when not using. 5 |
