This was purchased (along with the EL-Skyport Receiver Plus) to overcome the 160/s sync limit with non-sony flash with my A7RIII. NOTES: -If I was only using on-camera flash I would have purchased a Sony flash. -I shoot with studio (Elinchrom) strobes and sometimes with Canon / Nikon speedlights. With the EL-Skyport Pro I can now use my preferred 250/s sync with ANY FLASH. -I have older Elinchrom Style RX monolights, so cant comment on whats probably amazing about using this product with newer Elinchrom strobes -High Sync is working well (not HSS). -Almost all I do is in M (me) mode and I am happy as can be. This was the final piece in the puzzle for the switch to sony process. 5 |

Was the next in line Sony for me (XR Processor). Only wish the ARC would work with my Sony A/V receiver, had to go back to the fiber optic cable for surround to work on the A/V. The video is to die for, just beautiful... nothing else compares... 5 |
