Sony Company Email Address

I can print from any location because it has its own email address.

I have the sony DSC rx100III and this camera needed to be sent back Sony to address issues with the lens shutter. the sony repair folks fixed the camera back to factory specs. All good by me.

Good speaker plugs, but THIS COMPANY SPAMS MY EMAIL over a $10 Purchase!

This company stands behind the V-flat. I had two damaged v-flat shipped to me. I email them and they reached out to help and sent me a new one that was great. After I received the new one I got an email asking if it was complete and in working order. Great company!!!

One part was not of the expected quality. A short email to the company triggered a response I rarely get from companies:  Express shipment replacement. They care! A product is only as good as its support.

From the time I ordered the cables to when I received the cables was less than a week. The company kept me updated on the status of the order by email.

Because of their reputation, I was ordering a specific camera from B&H and needed it quickly. I had read some current negative reviews of customers having issues receiving their orders promptly because of the virus. Some suspected the company was closing and they would never receive thier order. However, I ordered my camera and received it very quickly without any trouble or complications. I received both a confirmation email and an email once my camera shipped. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would undoubtedly order anything I needed from this company!

Ordered to do custom layout in case. Went to order on Friday but company off for Shabbat and sent email when available to order Sat evening. Ordered and received by Wednesday in Alaska! Great service as always! Thanks.

Great company ,they stand behind their products and have a great customer service department . I received this flashlight as a gift. I sent them a email and I had a reply the next day. All i had to do is take a couple pictures and after they reviewed my claim I received another email stating that I would be getting a new replacement light. About a week later it arrived and even included new batteries. No hassle No cost to replace That kind of service means alot to me. I recommend getting yourself a Polysteel 600. Super bright and a great warranty.
