The headphones are made with care and are very durable. I got my first pair and it was defective due to the touch controls malfunctioning. I went though customer service and they sent me a brand new pair (guess sony stepped up their customer service). The new pair works great. The sound is outstanding and the NC puts u on another planet. Another great feature is the app to change EQ and other sound options like Noise Cancelling levels. The headphones are amazing compared to beats and other headphones in the $ range. I 100% recommend. 5 |

I have had such great experience with both my Aftershokz before they rebranded and customer service. My first pair I had a slight issue, and customer service was right on top of getting me taken care of. I wear these headphones over 4 hrs a day. But now it’s time to get a new pair due to accidentally running my headphones through the wash. Even after getting them out of the wash they worked for a full night. Now I have no sound. These things just didn’t want to die. Awesome headphones and recommend them to anyone that asks about them. 5 |

I became a huge fan of Shokz four years ago, and am still a big suporter of these unique headphones! And another thing is that their customer service is second to none. I thought I had lost my set of headphones so I ordered a new pair. Then somehow they turned up but I had already recieved my replacement order. I talked to their customer service and they told me exactly how to rewritten l return this set. I decided to keep them and give them as a present to my friend for his birthday! Firstly I need to thank BH Photo for their outstanding customer service. Bought this and wasn't crazy about it at first and they made the return easy and were awesome. Saw a needed a preamp and also used better headphones and I can definitely hear a difference. The audio is nice and bass-filled but not overbearing bass. Note: the first time I bought it I did not use the better headphones for some reason and still thought it sounded great, it is an investment of course so I did get cold feet. Built like a tank, the shock mount works great and the two pop filters give you some variety in your sound. I use the larger one for spoken word but the standard one works just fine. Plosives and Sibilance are well under control with this one. Mics like the Yeti, and MV7 are great mics, and I do think we get to a diminishing returns point, but this mic will last you many, many years and the quality is smooth and great for all-around usage. 5 |
