Sony Customer Support Tv

Use it with an early Sony bravio smart tv. TV does not support atmos but the streaming music channels give sounds I never knew were being broadcast. Can't wait to purchase a new atmos capable tv and add a base unit.

For the record, I bought my first mount-it TV mount and didn’t realize I bought the wrong one. Contacted customer support and they were phenomenal. Helped me with an RMA and specs for the right mount. Anyone looking to put a TV on the outside with a full scalable solution, please go with the “BEAST”. it’s as advertised and gives you complete maneuverability. Purchased to use with an external/supplementary monitor for my SONY FDR-AX700 upon recommendation of customer support.  Fits perfectly into the shoe on top of the camera.

I’ve been a Sony customer for years but recent purchases have moved the bar higher. 2 years ago I purchased 2 55” A95J TVs and they are very good. This year I bought a 55” and 65” A95L and they are just superb. Yes, I watched a lot of YouTube video reviews that compared LG and Samsung and later with the Sony. I would have been satisfied with picture on any of them but the Sony google TV interface is just more user friendly. Any regrets - NONE. Sony remains my favorite TV for more than 25 years and counting.

As an overall package, this is a fabulous television. Of course, being a 4K OLED set, the image quality is outstanding: wonderful colors, deep blacks, contrast and HDR support are all there. However, what makes this TV especially good is the image processing...the Sony processing is really smooth and clean; I haven't really noticed any noticeable image tearing, blurring or other artifacts at all. Which really helps with the main reason I bought this set: gaming and for use as a PC monitor. The fact that Sony puts such great tech into a 42" panel makes this a real game-changer for someone looking for a superior replacement to a dedicated PC/Gaming monitor. The rest of the TV's features are top-notch as well: the back-lit remote is well-made (metal!) and the built-in smart features/menus are very well implemented. BH pricing and customer support are first rate as always!
