Sony Cyber Shot Rx 100 Digital Cameras

For any photography enthusiast the Sony Cyber-Shot RX100 VA Digital camera is an excellent compact digital camera with superb features. It is a great addition to a photographer's camera arsenal because it's size makes it convenient for occasions where a larger camera may not be feasible. This along with the camera's 20 mega pixel capability, as well it's fast response giving out high quality images as well as video.

I now have this attachment on both my Sony RX 100 cameras, a Mark V and Mark VII. The grip makes holding the cameras much more natural!

I feel this grip is a necessity to have on the Sony RX 100 series cameras. Without this grip, it was difficult to have the camera not slip in my hands. With this grip, one hand holding is easy and confident. It is a SONY branded accessory. The addition of the grip does not affect the camera fitting into the #LCSRXG/B SONY carrying case, assuming your version of the RX 100 will fit in the case initially. I have personally tested a RX 100-1 and a RX 100-VII with the case and both cameras fit in my copy of the case with the grip, although the RX 100-VII just barely fits into my copy of the case (lens barrel diameter).

Not sure why Sony has not built in a grip on the RX 100 series cameras. But, in my humble opinion, this is mandatory for those cameras. It fits, it sticks, it helps keep control of the my amazing RX 100 VA. Unfortunately, with the grip, the camera will not fit in the Sony designed case for the RX 100 series, (which was included free with the purchase of the camera). Come on Sony, get a grip and reconcile this problem.

RX-100 series cameras from Sony are relatively heavy for their size, and the smooth front face of the camera invites slippage. Experience leads me to view this simple stick-on grip as essential unless you're religious about making sure the wrist strap is around your wrist. I find it makes the user's grip steadier and the camera easier to use as a result.

I bought the Sony Cyber-shot as an upgrade camera. Love it!

The attachment grip is exactly what the Sony RX 100 II needed.

This Grip help to get a much better grip. I had one for my Sony RX 100 VI and this one is for my new Sony RX 100 VII.

If you buy yhe New Cyber shot DSC 100 v you definitly need this travel kit because the charger is bulky.
